Dear ,

Thankyou to those who have RSVP'ed to this. This is just a reminder for our AGM to be held tonight.

The Friends of Glenthorne Inc will hold its 2017 AGM on the 29th August, 2017 at 7.30pm.

It will be held at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
      20 Ragamuffin Drive,
      Hallett Cove.

This Lutheran Church is just behind the new Cove Civic Centre.

Our speakers this year are Bob Myers (Chairperson who is famous for his many years of commercial native grass production at his Mt Pleasant property) and Andrew Fairney (CEO), both from Seeding Natives, a not for profit organisation specialising in the ecological restoration of native grasslands and associated ecosystems.

This talk promises to reveal cutting edge processes and innovations which have the potential to revolutionise woodland restoration across the many bare paddocks of South Australia, both in efficiency as well as effectiveness terms. Hopefully one day very soon, these processes can be utilised at Glenthorne Farm.

It will be a privilege to have Bob and Andrew at our AGM this year and just prior to their talk, we will have a brief AGM and following their presentation, supper will be held.

It is hoped that many of our local politicians and Council staff/councillors will attend, as well as Friends and Community members, as this evening promises to showcase the future of largescale habitat restoration, which is the last hope for many of our endangered and fast disappearing, local woodland birds.

An evening not to be missed.

Regards,
Friends of Glenthorne
