Come along to Glenthorne this Saturday, 16th May for "Park of the Month" celebrations event.  Bring the whole family.

There will be:

• Welcome to Country - 10am
• Friends BBQ 
  • A coffee and food stall will be available.
  • Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to have in the Park.
• History/restoration/ecology walks - Friends and rangers.
• Nature Play SA will be present on the day, providing fun, educational, and interactive experiences for children.
  • Nature Play SA will be set up near the adventure playground, which fea­tures three slides, a see­saw, spin­ner, fos­sil dig area, accessible equipment, and Kau­r­na carv­ings and sculp­tures set across 7,000 square metres. This is one of the biggest nature play spaces in South Aus­tralia.
• Munitions Hut open exhibition
  • Will be open to the public where you will be able to view, and learn about, several significant artefacts.
