Please see below for three invitations:
The Friends of Glenthorne are inviting you to join us to visit the "Australian Inland Botanic Gardens" near Mildura.
You may like to see their website for more information at www.aibg.org.au
We plan to visit on one of the following dates, for either a one or two day trip. Please reply with your all your choices, (That is you can vote for any or all options) and the option that gets the most will be the one trip we will offer.
We will travel together in a bus,
For the one day trip leaving at 7am
For the two day trip leaving at 9am
leaving from O'Halloran Hill TAFE College carpark (where we can leave cars)
Accommodation will be either in cabins at the Mildura Caravan Park (under $25 pp) or Back Packers (under $20 pp)
The total approximate costs will be:
Tractor Train Ride @ $8 per person
Meals: 4 meals @ $10
Bus Hire: ??????
Fuel: $120 / no of travellers ($20 pp)
Accommodation: $25 pp (Two Day Only)
Approx Total Expenses : (One Day $68, Two Day $92) (for 6 travellers, but not including bus-hire)

Australian Plants Society’s Spring 2013 Native Flower Display and Plant Sale
Saturday, 12th October 10am – 5pm
Sunday, 13th October 10am – 4pm
Stirling Angus Hall, Adelaide Wayville Show Grounds
Follow the signs from the Rose Terrace entrance
Entry: $3
There will be thousands of quality Australian native plants for sale as well as a display of flowers, all labelled.
This Show has the largest range of Australian plants and all grown in South Australia – many not readily available elsewhere.
More than just plants for sale, there will be: Books for sale, Free soil pH Testing, Expert Plant Advice, Workshop Demonstrations, Children’s Activities, and much more
