The evening will include speakers Ranger Bec Brown talking about the revegetation, Henry Rutherford from Green Adelaide and Jarrod Eaton will give those in attendance an update on the progress of the construction at the Glenthorne National Park Ityamaiitpinna Yarta. There should be some very fresh news in all of that.

Office bearers include President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer plus a further 4 committee members and we are always looking for new, motivated committee members. Nomination forms are available on the night and also available on our website.
Our Returning Officer for the election of the new committee will be City of Marion Mayor, Kris Hanna. We thank Kris, a former Friends President, for his assistance and ongoing interest in the National Park.
There are many opportunities for you to be involved in the establishment of the park in the year ahead, utilising your time and skills, so please consider joining the Friends. Don’t forget that Bushcare Days are held on 3 weekends per month (first Sunday, second Saturday and third Sunday), plus the regular Wednesday morning group and members have been planting, watering and weeding areas of the park and more.
If you want to be involved, please join us at the AGM next Wednesday and let us know the ways you would like to help this wonderful project. Membership Officer, Kath Rayner will be at the door on the night, or you can call Kath on 0408622334 to discuss your ideas.
