In the merry month of May, SA is celebrating the "SA History Festival". A great smorgasborg of fun events that focus on our State's history.
There are lots of events held all over the state, during May, from "120 Years of the Happy Valley reservoir" and "Onkaparinga Through Time" at Aberfoyle Park, to "Harris Store's History" and "A Drive into the Past" at Yorktown. From Archeology to Jazz. Events for the family, many are free or entry by donation, some for one day only, others throughout the month.
Go On-Line to see the program at www.HistoryFestival.sa.gov.au or download the App

The reserve along Nari Drive will be the focus of our efforts in July. Marion Council will be co-ordinating this venture, to revegetate this area as a Native Grassy Woodland. We are excited to be involved in this. There will be a Sheidow Park, Trott Park letterbox drop closer to the date on the details on how local residents can be involved. More about this later.
